Why I started Agile People USA

I started Agile People USA because I lived the gap it exists to solve.
When I came back from Iraq I learned that results alone were not enough in the civilian world. Experience that carried weight in one context did not automatically translate into language employers, leaders, and organizations recognized.

I saw the same pattern show up again and again. Too often Agile gets reduced to frameworks, jargon, and certification theater.
People get taught process without judgment. Teams get training without context. Leaders get tools without help applying them
to the real constraints sitting in front of them.

Agile People USA was built to close that gap. The goal is not to hand people another framework to memorize.
It is to help them make their leadership visible, convert experience into recognized business value,
and use practical tools that work in the real world. That is why I pair ICAgile-accredited learning with coaching,
applied thinking, and a development path centered on Orient, Stabilize, and Evolve.
